Every Pre-Epoch has his own Ruler, his own Creator of Time, and it has time to give until 70% fill; when the 70% rule is meet then the Creator of Time will open the "human time", basically 24h left to fill the rest of 30%. If that won't happen, the Creator of Time will destroy the leftover " space material" (in this case the leffover token supply).
For example, the Pre-Epoch I has the Alteromorph as Creator of Time and a "space material" of 166.666.666.666 BKAN tokens, 70% fill means future hodlers bought 116.666.666.666 BKAN; now the time has started; if no other tokens are bought, then 49.999.999.999 BKAN tokens will be destoried forever.
